The Custom 3D Printing service is designed for manufacturing, restoring, and custom development of plastic parts and products using 3D modeling and 3D printing technologies. The service is suitable both for cases where original spare parts are unavailable, discontinued, or impractical to replace, and for tasks that require a unique item designed for specific conditions and requirements. The service includes: 🖨Diagnostics of broken or missing parts, as well as analysis of the client’s task with an assessment of feasibility for 3D printing. 🖨Search and selection of ready-made 3D models from open (free) libraries, or development of a custom 3D model considering shape, load, and operating conditions. 🖨Manufacturing of plastic parts and products using 3D printing, including mounts, holders, handles, housings, gears, caps, and other functional elements. 🖨Fitting and testing of finished products for compatibility, proper fit, and correct operation under real conditions. 🖨Consultations and recommendations on further use of the product or alternative solutions if 3D printing is not the optimal approach. 🖨We work with products up to 420 × 420 × 500 mm, allowing production of both small functional elements and large, non-standard parts. The service is provided after preliminary diagnostics and approval. Custom 3D printing is not used for components that affect electrical, gas, or other safety-critical systems and is not intended for purely cosmetic restoration.
