This offer is an official proposal from Batfix (hereinafter referred to as the 'Contractor') for the provision of household and engineering services. By using our website or ordering a service, you accept these terms.
1Subject of the agreement
The Contractor undertakes to perform work according to the Customer's request, and the Customer undertakes to accept and pay for it according to the agreed rate.
2Estimation and payment procedure
The preliminary cost is announced before the master's visit. The final price is fixed after the inspection of the object, but before the start of work. Payment is made in cash or by transfer upon completion of the task.
3Warranty obligations
We provide a warranty on the work performed for up to 30 days. The warranty does not cover defects arising from low-quality materials provided by the Customer.
4Liability of the parties
The Contractor is responsible for the safety of property in the work area. The Customer is obliged to provide free access to the breakdown site and safe working conditions.
